Chief Strategy Officer
Alex Duncan is a life sciences quality leader with more than 15 years leading teams, owning programs, and optimizing processes to deliver better outcomes. An engineer by training, he spent the first seven years of his career as an active-duty submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, serving in a range of nuclear division officer roles. After transitioning from military service, he focused his career on the med-tech and life sciences sectors. He now draws on a deep understanding of R&D, operations, and quality systems to help organizations move products smoothly from concept to market, and brings that same discipline to shaping strategy at Lev Medical. Alex holds an undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
