Alex is the founder of Lev Medical, a medical device company developing next-generation resuscitation technology. He brings an operator’s bias for action shaped across defense, aerospace, and enterprise transformation. He began his career as a U.S. Army aviation officer, serving nearly eight years that included a combat deployment, and later served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a space operations officer. He went on to advise aerospace and defense clients at McKinsey before taking operator roles at Supernal and Onebrief, working where advanced engineering meets real-world deployment. Today he serves as Chief Transformation Officer at TEN, a private-equity-backed transportation company, where he leads enterprise-wide change alongside the CEO. Alex holds an undergraduate degree from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
