Sammy Nicolas is a medical device engineer with nearly 15 years spanning device design, manufacturing, quality, and operations. He has served as both an industry operator and a management consultant to Fortune 50 healthcare and life sciences companies, leading engagements across operations, quality, and digital transformation. He currently serves as Associate Director of Operations AI at AbbVie, where he leads digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise. As an advisor to Lev Medical, he lends that operating and technical depth to the company’s product and growth decisions. Sammy holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biomedical engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
